What You'll Walk Through
Over 8 weeks your team will move through a complete arc of transformation — from establishing a shared foundation of self-awareness and honest communication, to building a collective vision that everyone actually owns, confronting the current reality of your team culture without blame or defensiveness, identifying what's genuinely wanted and needed from each person and the team as a whole, releasing the patterns and dynamics that have been quietly limiting performance, and converting individual commitment into collective momentum. The final week is about integration — making sure the shift that happened in the room becomes the way your team operates outside of it.
Each session builds deliberately on the last. Nothing is accidental. Everything compounds.
What's Included
Every Vibrant Teams engagement begins with a discovery meeting with the primary stakeholder or team leader — because no two teams are the same, and this program isn't built to be one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand your team's specific goals, dynamics, and challenges before a single session begins, then tailor the program to meet your team exactly where they are.
From there, you'll receive 8 live 90-minute group sessions built around your team's specific goals, weekly workbooks with guided reflection and team exercises, a cohort structure that holds the team accountable to each other between sessions, and direct support from Aaron and Martha throughout.
