Two People Who Couldn’t Leave Well Enough Alone
Meet The Anastasis
We didn't set out to become transformation coaches. We set out to not repeat our parents' mistakes — which, if you've ever met a human being, you'll recognize as a solid place to start.
About 15 years ago, we participated in a life training that cracked something open. Not in a "burned the sage and cried in a yurt" kind of way. In a fundamental, can't-unsee-it kind of way.
Here's what we saw: most of what we'd accepted as "just how life is" was a story we'd inherited and never questioned. We both came from divorced families and had quietly agreed that marriage eventually means divorce — and we liked each other too much for that. Cute logic. Also: completely made up. The training didn't give us a fairy tale. It gave us a choice. We weren't victims of our parents' marriages. We were the authors of our own.
That shift — from passenger to creator — changed everything. And we've spent the last 15 years helping others make it too.
We've led cohort after cohort of high achievers through that same reckoning: the moment someone stops waiting for their life to improve and starts building it instead. Vague to clear. Stuck to moving. Going through the motions to actually in it.
Our method is:
Awareness → Ownership → Alignment → Action → Impact
— a rigorous, human, occasionally uncomfortable process that works because it operates at the level of identity, not just behavior. We don't fix people. There's nothing broken. We help you stop agreeing with the patterns keeping you smaller than you are.
If you're open-minded, self-motivated, and bold enough to find out what's actually available to you — you're exactly who we built this for.
Meet aaron
Aaron holds a master's degree from Princeton Theological Seminary in philosophy, psychology, and theology — a rigorous way of saying he's spent decades understanding why humans do what they do and what it actually takes to change.
His clients are already high-performing: Grammy Award-winning producers, Netflix and Google executives, TED speakers, film directors. They don't come for motivation. They come because they're ready for transformation that goes all the way down — precise, deep, and permanent.
Aaron is also a published author (The Voice of Your Dreams, Your Prosperous Mind), an actor, and creator of the #1 singing and life lesson channel on YouTube with over 100 million organic views and a seven-figure business built from scratch. He brings that same builder's precision to every coaching engagement.
Meet Martha
Martha is a Leadership & Team Development Consultant who believes work should be where humans rise — not where they sand down their edges until they're palatable enough for a quarterly review.
As the architect of the Anastasi Affiliate's transformational leadership and culture framework, Martha builds experiences that don't let people off the hook. She closes the gap between who you are and how you lead — and the results show up in braver teams, cleaner communication, and conflicts that become turning points instead of recurring nightmares.
Her approach blends experiential learning, embodied leadership, and a level of directness her clients describe as "the thing I didn't know I needed." Clarity, compassion, and enough irreverence to keep the room honest — because if growth feels like a root canal, the approach is wrong, not the person.
Her conviction is simple: every person is already a gift to the world. Not eventually. Not conditionally. Now. Her work is helping people stop hiding that — and watching what happens when they lead from it instead.
We can help.
Stop Reacting. Start Choosing.
Most of your decisions aren't really decisions — they're automatic responses to patterns you've never stopped to question. We give you the awareness to catch them in real time and the tools to consciously choose something different. Not just once. Habitually.
Get Ruthlessly Clear on what you actually want.
Not a vague sense of "wanting more" — a grounded, specific vision for your relationships, your work, and your sense of self, paired with an honest look at what's been standing between you and it. Clarity isn't a feeling. It's a discipline. We'll build it together.
know who you are — and lead from it.
Most people perform their life rather than live it. This program works at the identity level — because when who you are shifts, everything else follows. Your decisions change. Your relationships change. Your results change. That's not a promise. That's the sequence.
